Our process
From first hello to last pour — thoughtfully planned, so you can simply enjoy the night.
We begin with a conversation
A relaxed, complimentary call to learn about your event — the occasion, the guest count, and the evening you have in mind. We then recommend the collection that fits best.
A deposit reserves the day
When you're ready, a 50% deposit confirms your booking and holds your date. The balance is simply due four weeks before your event — no surprises along the way.
Every detail, considered
About a month out, we finalize the details in a 30-minute session: bar setup, signature cocktails, and a custom shopping list so you know exactly what to buy.
You enjoy your own party
On the day, we arrive early, style the bar, and handle every pour from first to last. When the night ends, we clean up completely — leaving the space as we found it.
